By using Halal MM, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the platform and escrow services.
1. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Carefully reviewing all prompts and confirmations
- Verifying payment amounts, networks, and addresses
- Maintaining the security of their account
- Confirming deal details before proceeding
Halal MM is not liable for losses caused by user error, incorrect addresses, wrong networks, compromised accounts, or failure to follow instructions. Such errors may result in permanent loss of funds.
2. Service Safety
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or intervene in any transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Suspicious digital asset trades
- Unsupported content
- High-risk transactions
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
These measures are implemented to maintain a safe trading environment.
3. Transaction Accuracy
Users must ensure that the payment address and network match the invoice exactly. Sending funds:
- On the wrong network
- After a deal is completed
- In multiple transactions to a single invoice
may result in permanent loss of funds. Only one transaction is allowed per invoice address.
4. Fees and Fee Bypassing
Attempting to bypass service fees by splitting transactions or manipulating deal amounts is strictly prohibited.
Users found attempting to avoid fees may:
- Be banned from the platform
- Be charged additional fees
- Have deals canceled
Service fees are required to maintain and operate the platform securely.
5. Escrow Guarantee
Funds are secured while held within the Halal MM escrow system.
If a verified platform or bot error causes a loss, Halal MM may compensate affected users at a 1:1 rate. Losses resulting from user error are not eligible for reimbursement.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are handled through internal review and negotiation. Halal MM staff may:
- Request additional information
- Review deal logs
- Determine fund distribution
Halal MM does not guarantee dispute outcomes and reserves the right to make final decisions based on available information.
7. Deal Activity Requirements
Both parties must remain active during a transaction.
If one party becomes unresponsive, Halal MM reserves the right to:
- Cancel the deal
- Release funds to the appropriate party
- Take moderation action
Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 hours) may impact dispute outcomes.
8. Warranties
Any warranties must be clearly agreed upon before the deal begins.
When a warranty is active:
- Funds may remain locked until the warranty period ends
- Warranty terms must be reasonable and clearly defined
Halal MM reserves the right to void warranties that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Halal MM is not responsible for:
- User-to-user disputes outside escrow terms
